If your items do not arrive within three working days of receiving a dispatch note via e-mail or confirmation via telephone of delivery then please contact us and we will contact the courier.
For furniture deliveries please have help at hand at the delivery address as the driver may need assistance. The delivery will be left on a palette as close to the house entrance as possible (curbside). It is your responsibility to arrange for the items to be taken into the home. The driver is not employed by Baby Planet and so we cannot guarantee they will help.
Goods will be delivered between 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
If you miss delivery of your order you must respond to the card left by the couriers. If this is ignored the courier will re attempt delivery the next working day. If this re delivery is again unsuccessful, the item will be returned to the couriers depot for further instruction and eventually returned back to Baby Planet. If this occurs then the buyer will be responsible for re delivery charges.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS DETAILS
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and another party signs for your goods, then Baby Planet cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

Delivery prices quoted are for UK mainland delivery only. For deliveries to Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Eire or any of the below postcodes, there may be additional charges so please call or email for details before purchasing.

OTHER DELIVERY INFORMATION
A furniture delivery and assembly service can be offered across Leicestershire. This will be carried out by our own transport and by experienced fitters. Please e-mail or call for prices and more details.
Would customers that have ordered furniture please note that the courier asks if you could have someone to help the driver, as for insurance reasons they cannot guarantee that the driver will take the goods into the house.
