Corona Virus Update - 23/03/2020

As we monitor the Corona Virus (Covid-19) situation around the world it is our top priority here at Baby Planet to safeguard the wellbeing of all our members of staff, public and customers to ensure the continuity of our business services at the best possible standard.


Following the recent nationwide regulations now in effect, we are working alongside the necessary Governmental bodies & Medical experts to operate in the safest and most hygienic manner with every necessary precaution set into practise.


In line with government legislation all stores have undergone temporary closures with immediate effect. Our online business and warehouse remain fully operational.


To help us be proactive and handle this unfortunate situation in the best manner, our phone lines will be suspended until further notice. We have not taken this decision lightly but feel this will allow us to allocate our resources in answering your queries via email with our dedicated customer representatives to assist you during business hours.

Can I still purchase online?

Yes! Our online business remains unaffected and our team are doing their best to have your order picked and dispatched as quick and as safely as possible.


Will there be any delays on my order?

We work very closely with all our partners and suppliers to ensure any delays are kept minimal and your order reaches you within the quoted time frames


If I’m in isolation how will I receive my delivery?

DPD have implemented a "contact free delivery" process which reduces the contact between the DPD driver and the consignee. DPD will no longer be asking customers to sign handheld units and the Drivers will instead do this on the consignee’s behalf.
